POSITION:            Assistant Early Childhood Manager

LOCATION:         

HOURS:                 40 hrs/wk, 46 wks/yr

SALARY:               $14.03 per hour

REQUIRES:    Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Family Development or related field.  Two years experience in a child development center, two years’ classroom experience.  Strongly prefer at least one year supervisory experience.  One year Head Start experience.

PURPOSE OF

POSITION:      Assistant Early Childhood Manager are assigned to any Center that serves more than 68 children.  Mentors assigned classroom teachers.  Assists with center enrollment to assure full enrollment.  CAT for assigned classrooms.  Supervises assigned classroom staff, food server, and custodian/janitor.  Provides Reflective Supervision with supervisees.  Works with Transportation Specialist to coordinate bus routes and bus maintenance.
