POSITION:                 Professional Development Coordinator

LOCATION:                Parklane

HOURS:                      40 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr

SALARY:                     $32,935 annually

REQUIRES:      Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Psychology or related field.  Three years supervisory and training experience.  HR experience preferred.

PURPOSE OF

POSITION:     Develop a staff recruitment and retention plan.  Provide in-house supervisor training and support the Quality Assurance system.
